Certifications According to ISO Standards
In order to further improve our environmental and occupational health and safety standards, N&M has decided to introduce an integrated management system with the two standards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems. It specifies requirements that enable us to systematically improve our environmental performance. This includes the identification and control of environmental impacts, compliance with legal requirements and the continuous improvement of environmental objectives.
For us, this means being a company that actively endeavours to protect the environment. We support this through training and awareness-raising measures to ensure that all employees can contribute to the environmental management system.
ISO 45001, on the other hand, is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS). It provides a framework for improving health and safety in the workplace.
The standard helps us to identify, assess and control risks in order to minimise occupational accidents and illnesses. We also support our employees with preventative measures and health courses.
