Neumann&Müller for Viessmann at the ISH Energy

Complex sound concept for the company presentation at the trade fair in Frankfurt. Viessmann's brand promise - "climate of innovation" - was also the company's motto for the ISH Energy 2013, the leading trade fair for building, energy and air-conditioning systems, which took place in Frankfurt in the middle of March.

The company's stand was divided into two large sections: the first presented highly efficient system solutions for producing heat in detached homes and apartment blocks. The second section focused on larger systems for industry, commerce and communities. An "Innovation Trail" ran across the central axis of the stand between the two sections. With its exhibition of innovative technologies, the trail illustrated how Viessmann is advancing the transformation of our energy supply towards more efficiency and the use of regenerative energies.

Viessmann engaged Atelier Markgraph to design and realise the stand. Neumann&Müller Stuttgart provided the sound for the Viessmann presentation during the fair and for the company's stand party. The challenge facing the N&M team led by Dex Smith was to divide the stand up in such a way that the sound could only be heard in one particular section. The team succeeded in realising its concept with 50 Panphonics directional loudspeakers - an investment made by N&M especially for this contract. As Dex Smith explained: "Calling on our long years of experience, we decided in favour of the Panphonics product and we are now the only supplier on the market to be able to offer this product on such a scale." The so-called "Sound Showers" deliver extremely focused audio to a specific area. This enabled good acoustic separation between the sales and information sections on Viessmann's stand at the Frankfurt fair.
