N&M with two focal topics at Best of Events 2016
Neumann&Müller will be focusing on two key topics at the leading fair for the live communication sector: on the one hand, the enterprise will be presenting the technical realisation of prestige events and productions in foreign countries and highlighting the major factors that contribute to their success. On the other hand, organisers of conferences and congresses have registered a trend toward a more international focus and hybrid events. Here too, it is technical aspects that are key in ensuring that meetings are realised with a high level of quality and run without a hitch: innovative conferencing and media equipment systems enable the MICE sector to meet participants' increasingly demanding requirements.
These requirements are not only the result of ever increasing digital interconnectivity but can also be attributed to the constantly growing numbers attending fairs, conferences and congresses. At the same time, conferences have a global focus and attendees are becoming increasingly international. Hybrid events generate even larger numbers of participants: streaming and innovative presentation options turn conferences into a live experience, even for those participants not attending in person. Multimedia, wireless conferencing systems - which ensure a high level of speech intelligibility and interference-free, dependable transmission - provide the basis for highly flexible and reliable realisation at the venue.
The increasing internationalisation of meetings presents greater challenges in terms of managing the language diversity among participants. These include spectacular events such as the National Day celebrated in Dubai at the beginning of December 2015 and the attention-grabbing presence of the S7-Airline at a Moscow shopping mall, which last year won the EuBea Award in the "B2C Event" category.
