s.Oliver gala evening in Frankfurt's Festhalle
A golden carpet and a barrage of camera flashes for the nominated sales teams and the numerous celebrity guests from TV, theatre and the arts scene: the "s.Oliver Realstars Gala" was held for the third time at the Frankfurt Festhalle at the end of March. At the event, the fashion enterprise's best branches receive awards in categories such as turnover, visual presentation and popularity among customers. Barbara Schöneberger hosted the evening together with Mathias Eckert, Managing Director Sales.
The AAA.events agency from Frankfurt engaged Neumann&Müller Veranstaltungstechnik to plan and realise the high-class show as well as the subsequent party. N&M project manager Matthias Küblerand his team drew up the concept for the use of audio, lighting, camera equipment and LED walls as well as the associated signal control. N&M specialist Daniel Seeger was responsible for the video technology; Daniel Zoschke had previously programmed the video clips at the N&M-Studio in Dresden. N&M was also responsible for staging and rigging at the event.
Besides the awards in the established categories - six Realstars are awarded for the best sales teams in the area of the so-called Wholesale System Cooperations and seven for franchise stores - this time customer card holders also had the opportunity to vote for their most popular store: these prizes were scooped up by the retail store in Hamburg and the premium store franchise in Cologne.
There were also four new Realstars for international s.Oliver teams. The winners received their Swarovski crystal trophies from the presenters Collien Ulmen-Fernandes, Jochen Schropp and Thore Schölermann. The performance by the Cirque du Soleil artist Erika Lemay had the audience holding its breath. Music act Rea Garvey really rocked the hall and later also presented an international Realstar.
LED walls, one of them concave, revealed their full potential on the main stage during the subsequent fashion show. The latest s.Oliver fashion trends were projected onto a moving gauze screen as a hologram show; the changing colours of the garments and their various combinations interacted with the LED walls. The stage show at the Festhalle in Frankfurt concluded with golden rain, a firework display and a performance by the band Blitzkids - only to then be continued by Cosma Shiva Hagen aka DJane Cosmic Sista in the form of an after-show party.
